In an effort to make it as easy as possible for you to access your Issues, we have updated your Helpshift Dashboard to remove the ‘Dashboard’ tab from your view. Upon logging in, you are now conveniently directed right into your Issues feed: Helpshift New Dashboard If you require up to date information on the number of Issues Reported and Issues Resolved in the last 7 or 30 days, simply click on the Analytics tab and take a look: Helpshift New Dashboard

Conclusion: One of our top goals is to help make you and your team more efficient. The redesign of the Dashboard is to ensure you can conveniently be taken straight to your Issues.
