How has the UI Changed?

Check out the following video to see how the UI has changed from our old Smart Views and Bulk Actions to the new Builder UI.

Building a Smart View

A Smart View is a saved personal or shared view of filtered Issues. It’s a great tool for Admins and Supervisors to monitor certain Issues, such as iOS Bugs, Tier 1 French, and more. You can even build a Smart View to keep track of any Issues in a backlog for a specific Queue. Learn more about what you can do with the new Builder and Smart Views.

Designing a Bulk Action

A Bulk Action is an easy way to replicate the same action on a filtered set of Issues. It’s similar to a Smart View, but the difference is that you can execute a direct action, such as adding Tags, sending an auto-reply, rejecting Issues, etc. Running Bulk Actions saves your team a lot of time when they are performing their day-to-day tasks. Improvements To Your Workflow

Now when you want to filter certain Issues, you can do one of the following:

— Run a New Issue Automation

— Run a Time-based Automation

— Create a Shared Smart View

— Complete a Bulk Action

Learn How to Scale Your Team

You’ll use this new Builder across the features above depending on what you need to accomplish. If you only want to view certain Issues, then a Smart View will be best. If you need to perform a single action for many Issues at once, then a Bulk Action should be your solution. When you want to automate an action to run every time a new Issue is created, then use a New Issue Automation. Finally, if you want an action to always run after a set amount of time, based on specific conditions, then use a Time-based Automation.
