New Web Widget: Have your Web Users Contact you from Any Page

For our customers who have a large Mobile and Web presence, we wanted to make it easier for your users to get help on your website. Our new Web Widget allows you to place a small button on a webpage, which expands so users can read FAQs and submit an Issue via the Contact Us form.

Here is what the Widget looks like in its minimized state:

What’s the difference between Web Widget and Help Section?

Your Help Section (http://www.yourcompanyname.com/help) will remain as normal. With the Web Widget, you can allow users to access your Support Page on other web pages, such as your Billing Page, Features Page, or even Team Page.

You now have the freedom to put Help anywhere on your website! This reduces the steps a user needs to take to contact you for help and feedback.

Users can read FAQs without leaving the page:

Users can also submit an Issue without leaving the page:

How do I set it up?

You’ll need to work with your Web Developer on getting this implemented as it requires a few lines of code to be inserted onto pages of your website. Have your Web Developer view our Integrating Web Widget Guide, which contains instructions and recommendations on how to modify the Web Widget.

Refresher: Customize Your Contact Us Form

The Web Widget gives you more flexibility for showing your FAQs and Contact Us Form. Recently, we added some enhancements to the Contact Us Form, which you can read more about in this blog post.

You can also add more design, branding, and options to your email communication. We introduced Branded Emails a couple weeks ago, and you can read more about it in this blog post.
