How does the referral program work?
Helpshift’s High 5 referral program is designed to help you help your peers! As a Helpshift customer, if you refer your peers to us, you could qualify for 5% off your next renewal and your peer could also take advantage of 5% off their contract with us. This means it’s high 5’s all around!
Who can be referred?
Anyone that is currently employed by a business that is not an existing Helpshift customer.
Is there a limit to how many referrals can be submitted?
There is no limit to the number of referrals submitted. A submission form must be completed for each new referral.
What is the criteria for a recipient to be eligible?
This referral cannot be received by any existing Helpshift customer.
How many 5% discounts can someone qualify for?
There is no limit to the number of 5% discounts a current Helpshift customer can qualify for. Recipients who sign a new contract with Helpshift can only qualify for a 5% discount.
How will the 5% discounts be given?
For current Helpshift customers, a 5% discount will be granted upon qualification of the peer referral. When the recipient signs a new Helpshift contract, the referrer becomes eligible for an additional 5% discount.
Recipients of our offer will be granted a 5% discount upon signing a Helpshift contract.
How can I track the status of referrals?
To track the status of a referral, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will provide you more information.
How will a recipient be notified of the referral?
We’ll send an email to both the referrer and the recipient once a submission has been received by Helpshift.
