Improved Helpshift ‘Settings’ Update: Navigate Changes Easily

The new and improved Settings page design brings easier navigation with updated sections: Organization, Tag Management, and Support Settings.

Here are the main updates:

Now, all Team Management related items will be found under ORGANIZATION:

  • Active Members: All active Team Members (Admins and Agents)
  • Pending Invitations: Any Team Members who have been invited to your Dashboard and have not yet activated their account
  • Groups: Any Agent Groups you’ve created (available on Growth Plans and above)

Under the TAG MANAGEMENT section of the Settings page, you will find that Active Tags and Archived Tags have been separated.

By clicking on Active Tags, you will be brought to all Active Tags which are available for your team to use to help label and categorize your Issues.

Archived Tags will bring you to any Tags which have been Archived. Once a Tag is archived, it is unavailable for use. If you need to use the Tag again, click on ‘Unarchive’.

Web Support Portal, Email Support, Blocked Emails, and Customer Satisfaction Survey (for web + email) can be located under SUPPORT SETTINGS:
