Last year we brought you Keyboard Shortcuts to help optimize your workflow and promote Agent efficiency. Your Agents can quickly Reply, Resolve, and Insert FAQs in back-to-back issues with a simple keystroke.
We have now added even more shortcuts to help you and your team. You can easily open the Tag widget, Tag Issues, return back to the Reply field, and easily close out any pop-up modal windows (like the ‘Edit FAQ’ or when looking at a screenshot). Try them out!
