They\u2019d click on \u201chelp\u201d and be taken out of the app experience and into a web browser in order to contact support. The Zynga team learned how conversational messaging could achieve these goals of personalized service at scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Messaging would provide players with a familiar and convenient experience \u2014 similar to an \u201ciMessage\u201d conversation that they\u2019d have with friends, plus they would never have to leave the app to get help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The benefits of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.helpshift.com\/\">Helpshift<\/a>&nbsp;platform are not limited to messaging-based communication, though. You can play your game, read FAQs, or get help all from within the app. It\u2019s a connected experience right at your fingertips and allows us to be where our players are,\u201d said Por.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Being where the players are:<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;this is a subtle notion, but makes all the difference.
