You can now bring your own secret key (BYOK) to secure user identities, instead of generating one through the Helpshift dashboard. Use your existing, compliant key management workflows instead of adapting to ours for frictionless enterprise onboarding, and plug in your existing keys without reworking internal security protocols for faster time-to-value. BYOK is additive: you can still generate a key via the dashboard if you prefer, so you get both the simple and the flexible enterprise path.
