Helpshift is a data processor and engages certain onward sub-processors that may process Customer Data (which may contain personal data) submitted to Helpshift’s services by the controller. These sub-processors are listed below, including a description of the service provided and the primary location where data is hosted or processed. These lists may be updated by Helpshift from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Data Processing Addendum.
Core Third Party Sub-processors
These sub-processors are essential to the operation of Helpshift infrastructure and are utilized for all Customers.

Optional Third Party Sub-processors
These are feature-specific services. They are not enabled by default and utilized solely at the Customer’s discretion. If a Customer enables these features, the following third parties are engaged as sub-processors.
